Lawsuit Filed Feb. 12, 2008 - A minor suffered the following injuries as a result of an abortion performed by Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, on or about September 7, 2006:

Severe abdominal bleeding;
Severe vaginal injury;
Severe injury to the cervix;
Significant uterine perforation;
